• Experience: 5+ years of e-commerce growth experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in interpreting campaign data, and experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Certifications: Certification in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn Marketing Labs) is a plus.

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive growth strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, TikTok, and Email, ensuring optimal targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact, leading day-to-day communications and client meetings. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and optimize cross-channel media spending, conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics, and implement A/B testing to derive actionable insights.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with campaign managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Traffic cross-functional teams effectively and manage work inputs.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI on ad spend.
• Reporting: Produce weekly or bi-weekly reports for client account updates, recommendations, and results.
